    Airfried Brussels sprouts are a delicious and healthy dish made by coating Brussels sprouts in olive oil and seasoning them with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. They are then cooked in an air fryer until they are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, creating a flavorful and satisfying snack or side dish.

    Ingredients :
    Brussels sprouts - 1 lb
    Salt - 1/2 Tsp
    olive oil - 2 Tsp
    Pepper powder - 1/4 Tsp
    Lime - 1 Tsp
    Preparation :
    Soak the brussels sprouts in baking soda and water for 1 minute and clean. Let it rest and dry for 2 minutes.
    Cut the brussels sprouts into 2 halves and transfer to a bowl. Now add olive oil and salt then mix well. Keep aside for 2 minutes.
    Air Fry time!!!
    Temperature : 320 °F
    Time : 15 Minutes
    Once brussels sprouts are air fried transfer to a bowl, add pepper powder and lime juice.
    Delicious, healthy, crispy and crunchy brussels sprouts are ready.
